Return, Change or Cancellation Policy

Returns processing may be temporarily delayed due to Brexit and the rise in coronavirus infection. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your understanding.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

You can return unwashed and unworn products bought on this website by mail within 20 days of your order date. Defective items can be returned at any time.  See below for details on how to return by mail.

Returns by Mail:

1. Contact us on this email (customercare@niconerini.com)

2. Attach invoice on email

3. Write the quantity and reason code for each return 

4. The NNC customer care will send to you the DHL or UPS label for return within 1 day from your email

5. Print the DHL or UPS labeL arrived from NNC email

6. Prepare your package

7. Place the completed invoice, and your return into the package. Use original packaging if possible.

8. Seal package securely.

9. Affix your carrier return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

10. Ship your package

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please write as soon as possible (maximum 1 day after the order) on this email: customercare@niconerini.com We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
