How we ship

Nico Nerini partners with an organisation called DHL to ship orders internationally. When you place an international order on Nico Nerini, your transaction will be with us directly and we’ll gladly assist you with your customer service needs. Simply email giulia@niconerini.com

International shipping rates

International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the DHL international checkout based on the items you are purchasing, your shipping destination, and any applicable shipping promotions.

International return policy

International orders are final sale and may not be returned. Eligible items shipped to the EU are returnable for up to 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. You will be refunded for all payments made, less the direct costs of returning the item(s), provided that Nico Nerini reserves the right to charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery. You are responsible for the risk of returning the merchandise.

If your order has arrived damaged or is otherwise incorrect, please contact at giulia@niconerini.com. We’re here to help. In some instances, your order may be eligible for return. If an item is eligible for return, we will require that you return the item to our international shipping partner, DHL. We refund the amount as we receive the products without any damage.  You may be responsible for return shipping.

Cancelling your order

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to cancel all or any part of your order once it has been placed. But we can help you out, please contact your Nico Nerini executive at giulia@niconerini.com if you have any questions.

Changing an order’s shipping address

We may be able to change the shipping address for an international order within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we cannot change the destination country. (For orders placed in Canada, we cannot change the destination province.) For assistance, please contact your Nico Nerini executive at giulia@niconerini.com

Damaged order or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise incorrect, please contact giulia@niconerini.com. Your Nico Nerini executive is here to help.
